Hardeep Beri

Director of Trade

With over 30 years of multi-country, multi-product trading experience, Hardeep Beri is a seasoned professional known for his strong business acumen and attention to detail. His core strength lies in building and sustaining long-term relationships with customers and the teams that support them.

He has extensive international exposure across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, having worked and transacted in commodities such as coal, coke, steel, mineral ores, chemicals, and industrial raw materials. This broad experience has given him deep insight into global commodity markets and trading dynamics.

Hardeep spent nearly two decades of his career based in Kyiv, before relocating to Dubai to lead Middle East operations for Steel Mont Trading. He joined Khaitan Holdings in October 2022.

Manoj Nair

Manager, RDH

Manoj Nair manages the business operations of RD International FZE and has been part of Khaitan Holdings since 2011. Prior to joining the group, he spent 13 years with reputed logistics companies in India, building a strong foundation in operational and commercial management.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Manoj has contributed to a diverse range of projects across transportation, mining, and emerging edtech in sports. His expertise spans commercial operations and controls, project management, process documentation, business and systems analysis, banking and treasury functions, management reporting, financial accounting, and taxation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Vipul Shah

Head of Accounts

Vipul Shah is an accomplished finance professional with over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He currently heads the Accounts function at Khaitan Holdings.

He oversees the company’s financial accounting, statutory audits and compliance, treasury and trade finance operations, as well as monitoring and reporting systems. His role is central to ensuring strong financial governance and operational accuracy across the group.

He joined Khaitan Holdings in 2011.

Himanshu Shah

Agro Trader

Himanshu Shah is an experienced professional in global sourcing and international trade of Agro commodities including pulses, oil seeds, spices, animal feed, and food products. He specializes in connecting global buyers and sellers across India, the Far East, and other Asian markets, while supporting product expansion and international business development.

He brings strong expertise in Africa along with export-import operations, trade finance instruments (including LCs, bank guarantees, and documentary collections), compliance, and documentation management. His strengths also include strategic sourcing, vendor development, cost optimization, and market intelligence.

He is currently engaged in trading activities across pulses, oil seeds, spices, and animal protein commodities.

Ragendra Shukla

Operation and Trade Finance Head

Ragendra Shukla is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in trade finance, operations, international trade, and banking operations. He has built deep expertise in managing end-to-end trade processes and supporting complex cross-border transactions.

He has previously worked with leading global financial institutions including Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays, and has also contributed his expertise to organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services and Steel Mont Group.

His strong background in banking and trade operations enables him to efficiently manage financial processes, ensure compliance, and support seamless international trade execution.
